Biography
2016-17: Owsley, 25, begins his professional career after playing the last four seasons for St. Francis Xavier University. A native of Lethbridge, Alberta, the 5-foot-9, 175-pound goaltender was named to the Atlantic University Conference Second Team All-Star two years in a row. He went 16-8-0 in 24 starts this past season, sporting a 2.54 goals-against average and .914 save percentage. During the postseason, he was stellar, backstopping the X-Men to a silver medal at the CIS University Cup.
