Biography
One of the best names in professional hockey, and an iconic beard to match, Colton Saucerman brings his hockey pilgrimage to Allen for his first season with the Americans in 2022-23. Spending time with nine different teams since 2015, including a stay abroad playing in Slovakia last year, the 30 year-old has only spent consecutive seasons with the same team once, and that came way back in his first pro seasons between 2015 and 2017 with the South Carolina Stingrays. He also has only played an entire season with one team three times. Two of those years were the previous two seasons. With the Idaho Steelheads he put up 22 points (7g-15a). Last year in Slovakia with Kosice he tallied 25 points (9g-16) with a +14 mark. The defenseman is well traveled, and will bring his experience and grittiness to Allen for the first time.
