Biography
MacAulay, 24, joins the Everblades in 2016-17 after recording 34 points (13g, 21a) with St. Mary’s University (AUS) last season. The 6-2, 185-pound center totaled 70 points (24g, 46a) during his three collegiate seasons with the Huskies from 2013-2016.
During the 2013-14 season, MacAulay logged two assists in 12 games with the Wheeling Nailers (ECHL), while registering a goal and an assist in eight appearances with the Hamilton Bulldogs (AHL).
The Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia native played five productive seasons in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) amassing 155 points split between the Saint John Sea Dogs and the Halifax Mooseheads from 2008-2013. MacAulay won Memorial Cup Championships with Saint John in 2011 and a second title with Halifax in 2013.
MacAulay was selected by the St. Louis Blues in the sixth round of the 2010 NHL Entry Draft.
