Biography

Profile:  2007-08-- After completing his third OHL season with Erie and leading the Otters for the second consecutive season with 80 points in 64 games, joined the Komets for the final 11 games of the season and made his pro debut helping Fort Wayne win the IHL regular season title before leading the Komets to the 2008 IHL Turner Cup championship with team playoff highs of seven goals, seven assists and 14 points in all 13 games.  Highlight of the playoffs was scoring the Turner Cup championship game winner in the third overtime of the seventh game against Port Huron and being named the IHL 2008 Playoffs MVP.
2008-09-- Returned to the Erie Otters to complete his fourth and final season in the OHL.  Led the Otters for the third straight season with 66 points in 66 games.  Returned to Fort Wayne for the final six games of the regular season and again helped the Komets to another regular season title.  Appeared in all 11 playoff games and collected his second  IHL Turner Cup championship.
2009-10-- Signed AHL contract with Rockford, then traded to the Toronto Marlies.  Made his AHL debut skating 42 games with the Marlies while also appearing in 33 ECHL games with Toledo before re-joining Fort Wayne for three regular season IHL games.  Was on board for his and Fort Wayne's third straight IHL Turner Cup championship ranking second with 12 assists and 16 points.
2010-11-- Skated 42 AHL games with Toronto placing fifth with 12 goals and 29 points.
2011-12-- Made his European debut with the Pelicans in Finland in the SM-Liiga elite league, leading the Pelicans with 39 assists and ranking second with 53 points in 59 games.   Helped the Pelicans for an appearance in the playoff finals.
2012-13-- Moved to the Russian KHL (Kontinental Hockey League) where he spent two seasons (through 2013-14) with Magnitogorsk Metallurg, Nizhny Novgorod and Vladivostok.
2014-15-- Signed an NHL two-way contract with Arizona and after starting the season with the AHL's Portland Pirates, made the best of his first NHL game by scoring the game-tying goal in a 2-1 overtime win for the Coyotes.
2015-16-- Split the season between the AHL's Chicago Wolves and Orebro in the Swedish elite hockey league.
2016-17-- Spent the year in Europe returning to the Pelicans in the SM-Liiga in Finland after starting the campaign with Pardubice in the Czech Republic League.
2017-18-- Agreed to terms and added to the Fort Wayne preseason roster 7/18/17.  Placed on Injured Reserve from 10/22/17 to 2/1/18.  Finished the season scoring nine goals and 25 points in 30 games.
