Selected in the 1st round, 1st overall by Saint John in the 2009 CHL Import Draft…..Currently ranked fourth in team scoring but leads all QMJHL rookies in scoring…..Had four assists as second star of a 5-2 win over the Acadie-Bathurst Titan on October 22…..Was named the QMJHL’s Rookie of the Month for November…..Received the RDS mid-season Rookie Excellence Award for the Sea Dogs…..Played for Russia and won silver at the 2009 Memorial of Ivan Hlinka Tournament…..Led the USHL’s Indiana Ice in scoring last season with 64 points in 60 games…..
