Biography
Made his pro debut in Sweden's Allsvenskan during the 2012-13 season... totalled 81 games before leaving for the OHL… Played for his hometown of Malmo during entire Swedish junior career... was named the U16 best defenseman in 2011-12 in Sweden... drafted in the 1st round (#37 overall) by the Barrie Colts in the 2014 CHL Import Draft... moved to Barrie in 2014-15 where he was fourth on the Colts in points (64)... named to the OHL Second All-Star Team... drafted by the Flames with their first pick in the second round of the 2015 NHL Entry Draft... ranked fifth on Barrie in points (60)... named to the OHL First All-Star Team... had most assists by a defenseman (51) and most points by a defenseman (60)... made his AHL debut on 10/15/16 vs. SJ... earned his first AHL point, an assist, on 10/19/16 vs. TEX... received his first NHL call-up on 3/11/17... made his NHL debut on 4/8/17 vs. SJ... named an AHL All-Star in 2018... scored 3 goals and added 2 assists in the All-Star Challenge in 2018... played his 100th AHL game on 3/3/18 vs. BAK...
