Biography
Captained the Windsor Spitfires in 2013-14… traded midway through the season to the Guelph Storm and would help the team win the OHL Championship collecting 32 points (11 goals, 21 assists) in 20 playoff games… had the most assists (21) and points (32) during the OHL playoffs... had 3 goals and 4 assists in 4 Memorial Cup games and was named to the Memorial Cup All-Star team...made his NHL debut with Columbus on 11/29/14 in NSH... recorded his first NHL point, an assist, on 12/1/14 vs. FLA.... named an AHL All-Star in 2015-16... scored his first NHL goal on 1/19/16 vs. WSH... helped Lake Erie win the Calder Cup championship in 2016... acquired by the Toronto Maple Leafs on 6/25/16 in exchange for Scott Harrington and a conditional pick... played parts of two seasons with the Toronto Marlies before being traded with Rinat Valiev to the Montreal Canadiens in exchange for Tomas Plekanec, Kyle Baun and a 2nd round pick... traded to the Calgary Flames in exchange for Hunter Shinkaruk and signed to a deal on 8/20/18...
